“So Ken, I'm assuming you are writing all your drivel from home because it just wouldn't be right to do it during council time. I'm also assuming you don't work for Health and Safety that whenever they have extra budget they decide to cut down trees (in case someone decides to take the budget back) that nobody has complained about. I'm also assuming you aren't in charge of buying houses just so you can trim the trees in the back gardern. I'm also assuming you aren't one of the council members that walks around all day knocking on doors telling me to vote. I'm also assuming you are not in charge of sending out 3 notices that my rubbish recycle days are changing and then having stickers put on my bins to tell me the same thing. I'm also assuming you are not in charge of doing yet another study on an eastern bypass that 3 people will complain about so yet another study will be done.
I'm also assuming you are not one of the City Council members that go on boondoggles to other countries to see how they to can waste money.
Final assumption is that if you are at work you won't respond by telling us there is no waste in the City Council. There is no business out there that does not have waste.
