“Around the Brayford Pool there is a lot of university growth, more retail units and we felt it was the ideal place to build much needed housing for this popular city and provide high quality student accommodation.
“Such a development scheme with Derwent Living has ensured that the city will become more sustainable and encourage students to not only live and study in the city, but also stay in the city after graduating to help boost Lincoln’s workforce.”
The University of Lincoln has already filled the 69 person accommodation for summer.
Afterwards, rooms will be allocated to overseas students studying during the next full academic year.
