A £2 million flats complex for former homeless people in Lincoln looks set to be approved.
Framework Housing Association wants to build 15 flats over four storeys with linked treatment and training facilities on the former Autoglass site on the corner of Friars Lane and St Rumbold Street.

The planning application is to be considered by the City of Lincoln Council's planning committee at City Hall on Wednesday, February 27. The recommendation is to grant planning permission.
