£500k Monopoly winner Josh Sargeant given ASBO over late night parties in Sleaford
A teenager who started a noisy party lifestyle after he won £500,000 at a fast food restaurant has been given an anti-social behaviour order.
Josh Sargeant, 19, won the jackpot on the McDonald's Monopoly game in April last year after he bought a meal at the Holdingham restaurant.

He used the money to buy two homes, including one in Pear Tree Close, Sleaford, where he held regular parties and played loud music until the early hours of the morning.
Lincoln Magistrates' Court was told today that there was a long history of complaints of disturbance in Pear Tree Close, with one neighbour likening it to "living in a carpark at Tesco."

Sargeant moved into the house with a friend and police started to receive reports of loud parties and a large number of cars pulling up outside.
North Kesteven District Council gave Sargeant an anti-social behaviour warning and an acceptable behaviour contract, but disturbances continued and he was summoned to court.
Sargeant admitted that he had been behaving in an anti-social manner, but claimed he had calmed down and got his life back on track since he asked his tenant to leave.
However, District Judge John Stobart gave Sargeant a two-year order which banned him from playing loud music and holding parties at the house in Pear Tree Close.
He said: "I hope that the neighbours have seen a change in his behaviour and I hope that things will get better with the help of this order."
Sargeant was also ordered to pay a contribution towards costs of £2,000.

Like how? He's already costing the tax payer a sum of money with all the complaints filed against him, I have no doubt that the neighbours called the cops on several occasions and then there was the time at the court house. Being told to be quiet for 12 months and a 2k fine is just a slap on the wrist.”
