700 litres of diesel stolen near Skegness

Some 700 litres of tractor diesel has been stolen from a farmyard near Skegness.

The incident occurred between the evening of August 31 and 1pm on September 1.

The offender entered the farmyard on Skegness Road at Croft Bank and smashed the lock and nozzle on the tank, stealing approx 700 litres of fuel.

PC Calley Murray, from Skegness Police Station, would like to hear from anyone with information about the theft and is also warning farmers and hauliers to be vigilant to suspicious activity near their tanks.
