Phil Trainer struck a late equaliser to earn Telford a 1-1 draw with Lincoln.

The Imps had the first clear opening after seven minutes, but Graham Hutchison headed an inviting Nicky Nicolau cross wide.

Lincoln's pressure told and they took the lead after 43 minutes, Vadaine Oliver rising highest to head in a Nicolau corner.

Another Nicolau corner in first half injury time almost brought a second, but Andrew Boyce's header was parried to safety by Ryan Young.

The home side were rewarded three minutes from the end when Trainer slotted in from six yards.

“So City are the only team in the BSP to have an injury list eh ?
come off it, the club is being run down ready to sell for redevelopement
and nobody in the boardroom seems to care, league status will never be
achieved under this secretive trust board, thank goodness there are good
people waiting in the wings to carry our club forward again.”

“A draw at Telford is an achievement even though they let a goal in at the 86 minute, however what worries me is all the injuries.

Ever since DH took charge, he has continually mentioned injuries. Yesterday he was going on about injuries hurting the team, but we're only a month into the season so why all the injuries?

    It just seems odd.”
