Man breached restraining order following assault on his partner
A MAN who breached a restraining order will have to serve extra hours in the community.
Mathew James Stacey, 35, of Willingham Road, Fillingham, near Gainsborough, has appeared at Lincoln Magistrates' Court.

He had previously pleaded guilty to breaching the order, put in place after he was found guilty of assaulting his partner, and appeared after a probation report was put together.
He was also made the subject of a domestic violence rehabilitation course and a community order.
Jim Clare, prosecuting, said Stacey made a call to his ex-partner to talk about the sale of a house they owned together.
During the call, Stacey became abusive. Mark McNeil, mitigating, said: "It took her eight days to report it.
"I think she has embellished her feelings as a result of the telephone calls."
Magistrates added 40 hours to his existing community order and told him to pay £40 in prosecution costs.
