OOH Lincoln Ladies have received a timely boost as they prepare for a busy period of fixtures in the final stretch of this season.

Former England striker Amanda Barr, who has not featured for the Lady Imps for most of the season, could start for Rod Wilson's side tomorrow as they travel to league high-fliers Manchester City.

Barr, who has been out due to a back problem, was included in the Lady Imps' squad that travelled to Derby on Thursday evening and squeezed out a 1-0 win thanks to a Sophie Barker goal.

"We will be happy to have Amanda back in the squad," said Wilson.

"She has previously played for England so technically she is very good. We do not yet know if she will start the game or not, I haven't made up my mind.

"She has been out for a long time so I would not expect her to last a full 90 minutes, but we could certainly see her at some stage."
