Andrew Boyce determined to maintain Lincoln City's unbeaten run
Andrew Boyce is determined to meet David Holdsworth's challenge of remaining undefeated throughout November as he hailed Lincoln City's sensational form.
The Imps stretched their unbeaten run to seven games on Tuesday night as they overcame Braintree Town with a convincing 3-0 victory at Sincil Bank.
The result followed a classy draw against League One side Walsall in the FA Cup at the weekend when they came desperately close to springing one of the upsets of the round.
Lincoln's win against Braintree lifted them to 15th in the Blue Square Bet Premier table with confidence soaring ahead of their trip to Barrow at the weekend.

With games against Hereford and Southport to come this month as well as the cup replay with Walsall and an FA Trophy tie, Imps boss Holdsworth wants to stay unbeaten.
Boyce says it is a challenge his team-mates are determined to meet head on.
"Having looked at the fixture list, the gaffer has said he wants to stay unbeaten for the rest of the month," he said.
"Given the form we are in, we have given ourselves a great chance of doing that.
"We'll meet that challenge head on and we will relish it.
"There is a great mentality at the moment. We are turning up expecting to win games and that confidence only comes from stringing good results together.
"Not only are we getting those, but we are getting the performances to match too.
"We were exceptional against Walsall in the cup game and then on Tuesday against Braintree, we played very well again.
"We've started the month very well. Now it's down to us to keep it going."
Lincoln will be banking on Boyce to maintain his excellent form during a crammed fixture list with the defender starring alongside Tom Miller at centre-back.
Tuesday's clean sheet was their fourth in seven games which has led Holdsworth to praise the duo.
Boyce, who turned 23 on Monday, scored his third goal of the season against Braintree and says he is thoroughly enjoying his football.
"I'm loving it at the minute," he said.
"The win against Wrexham lifted us all massively and it was a bit of a turning point.
"The lads have been threatening this form all season.
"And from a personal point of view, I'm delighted.
"Myself and Tom are keeping clean sheets which means we are not going to lose games.
"We want to keep that going against Barrow this weekend."
