Antiques Roadshow returns to Lincoln
Antiques Roadshow is finally returning to Lincoln – 20 years after its last visit.
The show was last filmed in the city during May 1989 – a month which saw the Iron Curtain coming down in Hungary and protests in Beijing which would culminate in the Tiananmen Square massacre.

Lincoln Cathedral, where the programme will be filmed
But on Thursday March 19 the BBC's team of antiques and fine arts specialists will be on hand at Lincoln Cathedral to offer free advice and valuations.
Terry Woodcock, owner of Unique Auctions in Whisby Road, Lincoln, was pleased to hear that the show would be opening its 32nd series with a visit to Lincoln.
"You need organisations like the Antiques Roadshow to help people get true valuations," he said.
"Members of the public have no idea what they've got."
The last time the Antiques Roadshow visited Lincolnshire was the summer of 2007, when a Remembrance Day special was filmed at East Kirkby Aviation Museum.
The big finds of that occasion included a "priceless" autograph book owned by Jim Brown, from Lincoln, which contained the signatures of most of 617 squadron – the famous Dambusters.
