The team based at RAF Scampton, north of Lincoln, will perform the display over the war memorial in Lincoln's High Street while the soldiers are marching.
More than 250 members of the Lincolnshire-recruited battalion, better known as the Poachers, are expected to parade through the city.
The Red Arrows will break from their usual sorties to fly over the city skies at 12.30pm.
The nine-strong team will fly south to north up Lincoln High Street and Steep Hill, arriving for the flypast over the war memorial where residents, workers and visitors will be gathered alongside VIP guests.
Officer Commanding the Red Arrows, Wing Commander Jas Hawker, Red 1, said: "The team is incredibly proud to be supporting the homecoming celebrations of The Poachers with a flypast over Lincoln's war memorial."
The announcement of support from the Red Arrows comes just a few weeks after the Echo launched a campaign to drum up support for the soldiers from county residents.
The goal is to match the turnout for the Poachers last parade which took place in Norwich. Then, 4,000 people lined the streets.
The parade will start at 12.15pm from City Square in Lincoln, passing along Sincil Street, past the Cornhill and up the High Street.
The marching procession will be joined by The Minden Military band.
Dignitaries from the county including the mayor and leader of the county council will be there for the event.
