Artwork revealing some of Lincolnshire's infamous but often forgotten scenes will be on display at Lincoln Artworks to raise money for charity.

Detailed black and white illustrations depict aspects of the county from the buskers of Stonebow to the old cinema in Sleaford and the Lancaster Bomber at RAF Coningsby.

She created the work to raise money for The Nomad Trust, as she suffers from a rare genetic disorder affecting her left leg and stopping her doing anything physical for charity.

Becky's niece died at just six days old and her sister has been engaging in physical charity events but suffering from Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber Syndrome, she hasn't been able to get involved.

Looking for something positive to achieve, she then decided she could sell her artwork for different charities.

She said: "I can't take part in the usual fundraising challenges like fun runs, sky dives, bike rides etc, so I've opted for the rather more sedate idea of selling artworks for different charities."

"The art works on sale would appeal to any fans of detailed black and white illustrations and are ideal for anyone on a budget that would like to invest in an original artwork."

Becky Fawcett's next project is preparing a narrated version of the exhibition, again called 'A Lincolnshire Odyssey', which will be available from Fine Leaf Press and proceeds once more will be going to charity.
