Assault in car park at teenager's birthday bash

A 19-YEAR-OLD man was taken to hospital following an assault in Wyberton.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident of GBH that took place at an 18th birthday party at the Wyberton Sports and Social Club on February 2.

The assault occurred in the club car park shortly after 9pm.

A 24-year-old Boston man was arrested on suspicion of GBH and has been released on police bail until April 9 while enquiries continue.
