Lincoln City take on Barnet at Sincil Bank on Saturday.

The Imps have been struggling in recent weeks, suffering defeats to Rotherham and Chesterfield.

But they will be hoping to bounce back against struggling Barnet.

City enjoyed a 1-0 win over the Bees last season on the opening day of the campaign.

Janos Kovacs was on target that day.

Will the Imps be able to repeat those heroics on Saturday? Find out here first on the Big Match Live.

Sports Editor John Pakey will be in the hot seat bringing you all the action as it happens from 2pm.

    “Well well Westsideimp and Macimp.
I can only tell it as I saw it.
How many fans turned on Saturday? I think it was about 2800.
As for your comment "And as for wishing Barnet best for the future, no I don't. I don't want them to do well. I want us to do well."
Could get you a nomination for the sportsman of the year award.

Get your heads out of the sand lads.
There is none more blind than those that don¿t wan to see.”

“Westside, you have summed up Scooby pretty well, let's just ignore him/her. I have just watched Match of the Day and saw strikers who missed chances, defences turning off and conceding late, other defensive and goalkeeping errors. It seems that life higher up the divisions isn't so different to life at Sincil Bank. Perhaps mistakes are part of football rather than the sole preserve of City players as the doom mongers would have us believe.”

“Scooby, you moaning miserable time waster, why don't you just not bother? This sort of pessimisstic view of the match is the sort of detrimental tripe that drags the rest of the fans down and gets me annoyed.

Yes, the match wasn't a classic, but I'm happy to get three points. The lads showed they had worked hard and managed to squeeze out a victory today.

Yes Barnet had some good chances. But you know what, I don't give a stuff about them. I dont give a stuff about Barnet. All I do give a stuff about is the fact we are three points better off. I don't care how we get the win. I don't care if we were dog rough and won. We were really creative and good against Crewe and got just a point and I know what made me feel better.

At the end of the day it's League Two, It is the bottom end of the professional game. So just give it a break.

And as for wishing Barnet best for the future, no I don't. I don't want them to do well. I want us to do well.

So why don't you just shut up and enjoy the win. And if you can't do that, just shut up. I know 'oh it's all fair comment', but why don't you think how your sour grapes has left the rest of us fans feeling who were happy with the win? Think before you write.”

“"Sports Echo: Anyon had to save the Imps a couple of times. It wasn't a classic. But it's a good result none the less. Up the Imps!"
    Wow!
Which game was you watching Sports Echo?
I was there and I can say without fear of contradiction the BEST Team lost.
A correction to your comment at 4.55
"Anyon had to save the Imps a couple of times."
Should read "Anyon had to save the Imps at least 6 times".
It says it all when the man of the match is given to the goalkeeper.
I do not think for one minute there are any Barnet fans reading this but if there are any I apologize for the result and wish you the best of luck for the futuer.”

“After Davide Somma's impressive spell last season I wonder if Mike Grella is too big an ask to do the same for us/himself this season - see article below - http://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk/sport/Leeds-United-Grella39s-ready-for.6525506.jp”
