Billingborough and Ramblers poised for fascinating title run-in
BILLINGBOROUGH and Lindum Ramblers stay locked in battle at the top of Division One of the South Lincolnshire & Border League following victories over Bourne 2nds and Woodhall Spa 2nds respectively.
Ramblers gained two points on Billingborough, but still trail the leaders by 21 points.

At the bottom of the table, an unexpected win for Moulton Harrox over fourth-placed Spalding moved them above Long Sutton who lost to Belton Park.
A nail-biting game in Division Two saw Heckington scrape home by just one wicket after bowling Spalding 2nds out for only 58, Damon Tunnicliffe taking five wickets for Heckington while Heath Ripley claimed eight for Spalding. Sean Chamberlain also took eight wickets for Skegness in their victory over Welby.
Ropsley suffered mixed fortunes, going down to leaders Stamford on Saturday, only to beat second placed Sleaford on Sunday while Cavaliers stayed third, continuing their run of victories by beating local rivals Thomas Cook.
Claypole enjoyed an excellent weekend, moving up to fourth in the Division Three table after overcoming Burgh & District on Saturday followed by Moulton Harrox on Sunday.
North Luffenham closed the gap on second-placed Blankney with a seven wicket victory over their rivals while Grantham 2nds. Having waited so long for a victory, they made it two in a row when they beat Timberland, with Harry Nichols hitting the day's only century with 105 not out.
