Bobby eyes title as he stays undefeated
Bobby Jenkinson continued his impressive start in the professional ranks with a victory over Brett Fidoe.
The 21-year-old from Lincoln has now won his first three fights at bantamweight and his coach and dad Gary believes a midlands area title is not too far away.
"He's improving with every fight," said Gary. "Hopefully we can have one more fight before Christmas.
"Then we can head into the new year with the aim of taking a midlands area title."

Fighting over six two-minute rounds, Bobby was backed by 70 supporters at the packed event at the Hermitage Leisure Centre in Whitwick near Leicester.
The first two rounds went to the Lincoln fighter, but Fidoe battled back and impressed in the final rounds to claim the win 59-55 on points.
"Bobby did really well in the sixth round, catching Fidoe with some good shots," said Gary.
"However, he could not stop him, but he did well from the fight.
"He's been on a good learning curve and this was another fight which taught him a lot.
"There were elements of the fight, such as the build up and excitement beforehand, that he has to learn about.
"The training is all going well for him.
"He is dedicated and goes for his runs in the morning and along with his own training he is spending time at Bracebridge ABC.
"He is boxing well, it's just about him learning how to work through a fight."
Bobby is currently looking for sponsorship.
