Boston United collapse at Oxford City to suffer fourth straight defeat
Boston United's worrying run of form in Blue Square Bet North continued last night when they were beaten 4-2 at Oxford City.
Spencer Weir-Daley's quickfire brace gave the Pilgrims a half-time lead after Andy Gunn had put the home side in front after just three minutes.
However, goals from Darren Pond, Jack Mills and Felipe Barcelos sent Boston spinning to their fourth straight defeat.
The result has increased the pressure on manager Jason Lee, whose side now face a tough trip to Colwyn Bay on Saturday.
