Boston United joint-manager Paul Hurst is determined to win a trophy this season.
But ambitious joint-manager Hurst wants to make it a campaign to remember at York Street – by clinching a league and cup double.
United go into tonight's York Street clash (7.45pm) in high spirits after their thrilling 2-1 victory over Buxton, which saw Liam Parker grab the late winner.
"We want to win it," said Hurst who, along with joint-boss Rob Scott, guided former club Ilkeston to the final of the competition last season where they lost to Guiseley.
"The idea is to win the cup and win promotion."
However, with Saturday's crucial league trip to Ashton United in mind, Hurst is pondering whether to rest certain players tonight.
"It's something we've been talking about," added the York Street chief, who will be without the suspended Jamie Yates tonight.
"We haven't got too many options but I would imagine we'll have Gareth Davies (who was sent off against Buxton) because I don't think the suspension kicks in for a couple of weeks."
