Good news for everyone with a gluten allergy, popular gluten-free brand Genius is launching new white and brown breads.

Genius, which has released their new recipe sliced loaf that is now lower in calories and salt, say they have created the new recipes in response to customer feedback with products reflecting the evolution of consumer wants and expectations.

Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne, the founder of Genius, says: "We are committed to continuous quality improvement and that is why we are introducing a new recipe for our white and brown loaves."

And it's not just aimed at people with an allergy to gluten.
