Breath test failure
A MAN will carry out unpaid work in the community after failing to provide a specimen of breath following an accident.
Ricky Elliott, 21, of Brewery Street, Burgh le Marsh, was given a community order for 100 hours unpaid work as well as a 17-month driving ban and £85 costs.
He admitted to Skegness magistrates that he failed to provide a specimen of breath after an accident in his car on August 27.
Magistrates heard he was seen by police walking away from his car which had been left in a dangerous position and was unsteady on his feet and with glazed eyes.

After his arrest he failed to provide sufficient breath for the machine to provide a reading by blocking the tube with his tongue.
