As he was being walked up the street, he kicked out at a car which was parked there, damaging two panels.

The owner of the car had no connection with the wedding party.

Elvin told the police he was intoxicated and could not remember doing it.

Mitigating for Elvin, Dave Clapham said he took out his frustration by kicking out at the car.

Magistrates conditionally discharged Elvin for 12 months and ordered he pay £1,186 in compensation.
