Brian Little insists his Gainsborough Trinity side have nothing to fear from in-form Alfreton Town tomorrow (3pm), and believes his side are in a similar buoyant mood to the high-flying Reds.

Third-placed Alfreton visit the Northolme tomorrow on the back of an 11-game unbeaten run, which includes a superb 5-0 hammering of Droylsden on Tuesday night.

However, Little's third-bottom Blues have also been in decent form of late, having enjoyed a recent victory over Blue Square North leaders Fleetwood, a draw with second-placed Southport, victory over fellow strugglers Vauxhall Motors, and the mid-week 2-1 win over Hyde.

"Alfreton are in very good form, there's no denying that, so it is going to be a very tough game," said Little.

"Their victory on Tuesday night was probably their best performance of the season.

"They will be raring to go for Saturday's game, but we are in the same frame of mind.

"After learning from the defeat at Harrogate, the players have given it a right go in every game and we've had some good results.

"We've definitely given ourselves a chance of getting out of trouble and the players are feeling pretty good at the moment."
