The co-organiser of LincUpLive, Glenn Le Santo, said: "The calibre of our speakers is outstanding every year. We are thrilled to be able to bring to Lincoln a variety of experts that may not otherwise be accessible by local businesses.
"By hosting speakers such as these we can ensure businesses in Lincolnshire have access to expert insights which will give them the edge in the national and global marketplaces."
Other speakers include Mark Middleborough, director of engineering at Siemens and Wayne Gibbins, of Notion Capital.
Dr David Rae, director of enterprise and innovation at the University of Lincoln, will be hosting breakout sessions on entrepreneurship.
The conference, sponsored by Lincolnshire County Council and the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, is expected to attract around 200 delegates.
The areas covered will include HR, finance, marketing, engineering, technology and more.
The day will be split into speaker presentations, breakout sessions and networking. There will be a drinks party in the Electric bar and restaurant afterwards.
Managing director of Lincolnshire Media Richard Duxbury said: "The Lincolnshire Echo and lincolnshireecho.co.uk are delighted to be joint overall sponsors of this event. As we continue our transformation into a truly multimedia business, this year's theme encapsulates our journey over the last few years.
"We are a communications business, and as our audience has changed the way they communicate, we have adapted and regenerated what we do. This year's event promises to be the best yet and I am sure all those attending will find it an inspirational day that helps them develop in whatever sector they work in".
