Capturing images of autumn on Boston photo-walk
CAPTURING images of autumn is the aim of the latest Alchemy Project photo-walk on Saturday November 10.
The walk will be led by Boston local John Shaw, who says he is a true Yellowbelly who was born in sight of the Stump.

John is a keen photographer and loves to capture images of the town, its open spaces and the nearby agriculture as a lasting way of preserving local history and traditions.
The walk, which is free and open to everyone, will start in Central park and move on to Boston's 15-acre woodland cemetery where photographers will explore its impressive Victorian memorials, chapel and gatehouse before moving on to Horncastle Road.
It starts at 2pm at the main entrance of Central Park and will last around 90 minutes. Children under 14 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Any kind of camera will do, including a phone camera.

The walks are the latest in a series of events organised by The Alchemy Project, which has been set up to help break down the barriers between the different communities living in Boston.
The Alchemy Project is attempting to unravel the myths, misunderstandings and prejudices associated with the changes and challenges that Boston and the surrounding area face.
The project will initially run until March 2013 and is an initiative conceived by JUST Lincolnshire, the county's equality and human rights organisation. It is being co-ordinated by Lincoln-based arts consultants cultural solutions UK.
It is funded by the Community Development Foundation and other partners are Boston College, Boston Borough Council, South Lincolnshire Council for Voluntary Service, the Aegis Trust, Victim Support, Stop Hate UK and the Boston Community Safety Partnership.
