Votes are coming in thick and fast for this year's Marshall's Yard Retailer of the Year Award.

It is sponsored by Lincolnshire Media – publishers of the Gainsborough Target and the Lincolnshire Echo.
The awards are organised every year to focus on good service and best practice at the Gainsborough shopping centre – itself a winner of a number of top national awards including the BCSC Gold Award for 2007.

Everything from service with a smile to green initiatives are being put under the spotlight by a panel of judges appointed by the management at Marshall's Yard.
But the real people's choice award is Retailer of The Year when shoppers are asked to cast their vote for their favourite shop at The 'Yard'.
And dozens of shoppers have been doing just that – through the Marshall's Yard website and the forms being published in the Gainsborough Target – to tell the judges who they think is top of the shops.
Everyone who registers to vote will automatically be entered into a free draw for £50-worth of Marshall's Yard vouchers.
The poll is being co-ordinated by Amanda Holmes, head of communications at Dransfield Properties, developers and owners of Marshall's Yard.
"We have had a great response so far and people are definitely backing their favourite shops," she said.
"Shoppers have until Tuesday, March 13, to cast their vote so it's going to get very interesting over the next couple of weeks as the deadline gets closer."
