Choirs set to join forces
Music groups from Gainsborough and Lincoln are joining forces for a major carol concert.
Gainsborough Choral Society's and Queen Elizabeth's High School's choirs and musicians are performing with the Lincoln Pro Musica Orchestra and Friends.
They are presenting the popular Carols for All event at 7.30pm on Saturday, December 15, at All Saints Parish Church in Gainsborough.
Gainsborough Choral Society spokesman Deirdre Speed said: "The programme of familiar audience carols is interspersed by the choirs' and orchestra's contributions for an uplifting reminder of the Christmas story."
