Cleethorpes Pier fails to reach auction reserve price
Cleethorpes Pier failed to reach its reserve price at an auction yesterday.
Swindells Auctioneers, based near Brant Broughton, had been hoping to sell the landmark for at least £400,000.

But the highest bid was £10,000 short.
Interested parties now have 28 days to strike a deal with the site vendor Bryn Ilsley.
