Competition opens to find Lincolnshire's best butchers and bakers
Butchers and bakers are battling it out to be named the best in Lincolnshire.
Entries for the biennial Poacher competition are now open.
The contest will take place at Lincolnshire Showground's EPIC Centre, on Tuesday October 16. Winners will be announced the following day.
A champion product will be selected by judges in each of the 11 categories.

The panel will give gold, silver and bronze awards for classic county delicacies, including Lincolnshire sausage, stuffed chine, pork pie, plum bread and haslet.
Other awards are issued for national dishes, like bacon, steak pies, lamb burgers and speciality sausages.
The winning items will go on display at the Food and Drink Fair at the Epic Centre in November.
The entry deadline is Friday, October 12. Application forms have been sent to producers in the post.
More than 200 entries were received last year from all corners of the county.
