Convoy system will keep traffic moving
RESURFACING work is under way on part of a major route near Boston.
Set to be carried out 24-hours a day and last until Monday June 25, the work starts approximately one mile south of Bicker Bar roundabout down to Hipper Lane.
Motorists will not be able to use Broad Lane and Mill Lane to get onto the A17 although local access remains for residents.
Principal engineer Arthur Pearson said: "These improvements are being carried out to help ensure the roads are in a safe condition for motorists to use. No road can last forever.
