A TRIAL date has been set for a Boston man who is alleged to have assaulted a man and damaged a fence.

Dean Everitt, 43, of Parthian Avenue, pleaded not guilty to the offences at Boston Magistrates Court.

He is accused of assaulting Andrew Niblett by beating him and causing criminal damage to his garden gate.

A trial will be held on May 8 at Boston Magistrates Court.
