Crime concerns
ANTI-SOCIAL behaviour is one of the main issues in and around Sleaford that the new Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire feels strongly about.
At a meeting with the Sleaford and District Neighbourhood Watch on Monday Alan Hardwick said that North Kesteven had one of the only police forces in the area which had victim support set up for victims of anti-social behaviour.
Mr Hardwick said: "The term 'anti-social behaviour' tends to make it sound not quite as serious as it really is but it can include anything from noisy neighbours to putting an elderly lady in fear of her life."
