How do you know it was the drivers fault, could the cycalist be listining to a MP3 player or something and maybe have swayed out into the road ?

Its not always the drivers fault.

“I often run down this road, because of the S bend and dips half way down the road some drivers seem to treat this as a racing track. Luckily I can normally hear or see vehicles before they see me and I can get on to the verge out of the way.”
