Defeat at Quorn sees Lincoln United drop into relegation zone
Lincoln United slipped into the UniBond League Division One (South) relegation zone last night following a 4-2 loss at Quorn.
The Whites fought back from 2-0 down in the first half, Matt O'Halloran netting both.

But the Leicestershire side scored another two goals after the break to seal the win.
Quorn took the lead in the fifth minute against the run of play. From a free-kick conceded when Ian Wilkins fouled Julian Joachim, Mario Ziccardi spilled the shot but Tom Byrne pounced to score.
They doubled their lead in the 15th minute. Byrne caught Jon Machin in possession, ran down the left and whipped in a ball for Joachim, who fired home.
United reduced arrears on the half-hour. Kallum Smith was brought down just outside the area and O'Halloran curled in a free-kick.
Straight afterwards Smith whipped in a terrific ball from the left-hand side to O'Halloran at the far post, who was in acres of space as he smashed past the goalkeeper.
On the stroke of half-time, Jamie Forrester's effort came back off the crossbar.
In the 57th minute Quorn regained the lead, again against the run of play.
Byrne netted his second of the game when a lovely through ball drew Ziccardi out of his area and the striker rounded the keeper and slid the ball in despite Terry Fleming's last-ditch efforts.
United could have been on equal terms in the 74th minute. Wilkins had the goal at his mercy but his shot was cleared off the line by Joe Shaw.
Quorn wrapped up the win in the 74th minute through the impressive Steve Purton. He netted with a 20-yard shot which flew past Ziccardi.
