Delay booking Olympic tickets in Lincoln
Six hundred extra free tickets for the Lincoln Olympic Torch Relay Evening Celebration will now be available from Tuesday, June 12, after technical problems with the booking system.
The City of Lincoln Council, which is organising the Lincoln leg of the Olympic Torch Relay and the Evening Celebration at Yarborough Sports Ground on Wednesday, June 27, made the extra tickets available on Wednesday, June 6, but a problem with the booking system at the Lincoln Drill Hall box office has meant that tickets cannot be assigned or printed.
