Discover town's hidden history

HISTORY enthusiasts are invited to discover the changing face of Lincolnshire's heritage through a new course in Boston.

The course starts with Lincolnshire's prehistory, running through the Roman and Saxon periods until medieval times.

It will seek to find traces of the county's history from prehistoric tombs and castles to monasteries.

Taking place on Saturday, September 29, the course will be run by David Start at Fydell House, in South Street. It starts at 9.30am until 1.30pm.
