AN APPLICATION to create a dog grooming parlour has been submitted.

The request for a change of use has gone to the City of Lincoln Council.

The site at 51 Dowding Road is currently an industrial unit on the Allenby Road Industrial Estate.

The application is to convert it from a class B1, B2 and B8 to a dog grooming parlour.

The application has been submitted by Chloe Eyre on behalf of Posh Dogz.

It will be decided by City of Lincoln Council's planning committee.

They next meet on Wednesday, September 22, at the council offices in Orchard Street.
