Dramatic Lincolnshire road safety showcase set to go up a gear
A national award-winning road safety programme aimed at young people is being re-launched to take it up a gear.
The Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership's dramatic 2fast2soon showcase has been presented to schools and colleges across the county for three years.
And its impact has been so emphatic that it won the acclaimed Prince Michael of Kent International Award for Road Safety Education in 2010.
But it is so hard-hitting and realistic that a new version is being introduced next month to expand its appeal to the over-18 audience.

The LRSP is unveiling the new 2fast2soon fast-moving dramatisation of a true story which shows the full consequences of being involved in a serious road traffic collision.
It will go ahead for schools, colleges and businesses at the Lincolnshire Showground's Epic Centre from 7pm on Wednesday, September 25.
"We believe it will be even more impactive and effective than the original theatre production," said LRSP development manager Richard Greener.
"The drama has been developed specifically to help reduce the large number of young drivers and their passengers who are killed or seriously injured on Lincolnshire's roads.
"But it will also influence changes in driver behaviour for other road-user groups.
"The showcase will include a full viewing of the new drama, an insight into how the follow-up workshop will be delivered and demonstrations of the driver training element of the programme."
