Draws thwart Skegness Town's title ambitions
SKEGNESS Town's chances of winning the Sills and Betteridge Lincolnshire League have faded thanks to their high number of draws.
Stalemates against the likes of Louth United, Heckington, Skellingthorpe and Lincoln United have cost the seasiders points.

However, the seasiders have a say in who lifts the league crown this season.
Starting with Ruston Sports at home on Saturday (3pm), the Lilywhites have a number of important fixtures coming up.
Each one will have a huge bearing on the outcome of the title chase.
Leaders Rustons, from Lincoln, have already fallen at Burgh Road once this season when they were dumped out in the first round of the Challenge Cup by a Dan Starkey goal.
Starkey is likely to return to manager Barry Kilmore's squad, as is Jordan Dixon, who has completed a five-week suspension.
The visit of Rustons will be a big test for the youngsters Kilmore has drafted into the team in recent weeks.
The likes of Daniel Wilks, Jamie Epton and Nathan Wetton are expected to figure in his plans as he looks to build for next season.
Teenager Jamie Waters (pictured above) has already established himself at the heart of the defence and the club has recently welcomed back Troy Lonslow to the fold.
Waters will be without the experienced skipper Joby Gowshall at his side when Rustons visit the seasiders.
However, he is expected to return to the squad for trips to Grimsby Borough Reserves and Sleaford Town Reserves on March 13 and March 20 respectively.
Town's match at Cleethorpes Town, scheduled for last Saturday, was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Town Reserves' derby at home to Spilsby Town was also postponed.
