Driving ban for Ingoldmells man
A MAN has been disqualified from driving for 17 months after admitting driving with excess alcohol.
Derek Hornbuckle, 58, of Priory Caravan Park, Ingoldmells, admitted driving with excess alcohol after he was found driving to the shops on Anchor Lane at 6.30pm on August 2.
He was found to have 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £270 plus £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
