EASTER EVENT: Egg hunt at Hartsholme Country Park
Hartsholme Country Park near Lincoln is holding Easter egg hunts during the weekend. They take place daily between noon and 3pm on Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive, at a cost £3.30 each.
But the quest for chocolate is not the only reason to visit the site over the holiday. It is also running Make a Date with Nature events where visitors can join RSPB wardens to discover the herons of Hartsholme Lake.

Hartsholme Country Park
The park includes wooded and lakeside nature trails, a children's play area, a fishing area and a cafe. The visitor centre, with interactive features on the wildlife and history of Hartsholme and the neighbouring Swanholme Lakes Local Nature Reserve, is open from 11am to 4pm.
