Early morning Zumba with Denise Van Outen on Skegness beach
SKEGNESS women are being invited to take part in a fitness session with Denise Van Outen.
ITV's Daybreak will be live from central beach tomorrow where a Zumba session will take place on the beach.

Anyone wishing to take part needs to complete a health form in advance and are asked to register by email to emma@lincolnshirefitness.co.uk or by calling 07834 907394.
Those taking part will need bright clothes – no logos – and will need to be at the beach for 6.30am.
