"I've been working here 10 years, I'm still going strong and I have no plans to retire," said Joyce, of Avondale Street, Lincoln, who has three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and turned 90 on January 16.
"I can't afford any new knickers at the moment so I will have to ask the landlord for a pay rise. It's such good fun working here and it gets me out the house.
"At one time customers would ask for Harvey Wallbangers, now it's Disaronno."
Landlady Cindy Burn, 58, said Joyce has been a real inspiration in her cancer fight. "Joyce has had cancer three times and beat it," she said. "She helps me out when I'm poorly and we have a laugh together. She's like a mother to me. I love her."
Landlord Bramwell Burn, 65, said: "She's one of the loveliest ladies you could ever meet. What you have to realise is when I'm dead and buried in about 30 years' time she'll still be here."
Regular Austin May, 50, from St Giles, said: "It's always a great laugh to be in the pub when Joyce is behind the bar.
"She's just Joyce. She's always the same."

“It will be interesting now to see if any other 90+ yr old bar staff come forward as in "Corrie" when Betty ****** was claimed to be the oldest barmaid. Either way, a belated happy birthday to Joyce.”
