Sir – I am writing regarding the letter from Matthew Blake in the Gainsborough Target complaining about Mr McArdle and the lack of action about street lights.

I send an e-mail to customerservices @lincolnshire.gov.uk making the subject street lights and have always had excellent service.

Make sure you tell them exactly where and what the problem is.
