FRIENDLY extra-terrestrials were thought to have paid an overnight visit to The Richmond School in Skegness on Monday. Year 2 pupils arrived at school that morning to find an area of the field had been cordoned off and evidence of alien visitors was apparent. Footprints of four-toed creatures could be seen along with various parts of their spaceship. The discovery formed part of Year 2's Alien Week designed to provide an interesting way of developing their skills across various areas of the school curriculum. Following the discovery, pupils took photographs of the evidence and set about investigating what had happened for their very own newspaper. PCSO Debra Remnant from Skegness Neighbourhood Policing Team took part in a press conference in which children grilled her about what had been found.
