Film makers look for land girls
LINCOLNSHIRE land girls who settled along the county's coast are being sought to take part in a short film on their wartime experiences.
In a follow up to their popular short film, 'By the Winter Sea', the Coastal Country Park team plans to make a companion film, featuring interviews with land girls who settled in Lincolnshire.
Cllr Eddy Poll said, "This film will be a wonderful documentary on our county's heritage, and an important record of living history that we don't want to lose.
"We hope to hear from many land girls so we can hear at first hand their fascinating experiences."
