Film night to aid village hall
A FILM and supper night will be held at Eastville, Midville and New Leake Village Hall on Saturday.
The hall is experiencing its biggest refurbishment programme since it opened which includes new floor covering to the main hall, carpet and safety flooring to the bar area, upgrading the heating, new tables and chairs and improving the notice boards.
On Saturday at 7pm there will be a fundraising evening of nostalgia with a selection of local films from the Lincolnshire Film Archive including items on farming, Jubilee celebrations, Land Drainage and The East Coast Floods of 1953.
