A new artisan patisserie has opened on Lincoln High Street, selling indulgent cakes and pastries.

London-based Patisserie Valerie was founded in 1925 by Belgian born Madame Valerie. The Lincoln store marks the 57th outlet for the company and staff are still being sought for chef, waiting staff, barista and manager positions.

You can indulge in hand-made cakes, gateaux and patisseries using traditional recipes and authentic methods.

The café also serves continental style breakfasts and lunches as well as a range of signature desserts and hot drinks. It also provides catering for weddings and functions and much of the range is also available to take away.
