MORE people are being encouraged to take up swimming, as East Lindsey District Council launches free swimming lessons at Skegness' Embassy Swimming Pool.

The free swimming lessons are available to those aged over 17 and those signing up must commit to attending six sessions that take place weekly at the Embassy pool each Friday between 5.30pm and 6.30pm from February 5.

By completing this course, participants will then receive a discount if they choose to complete the following full 12 week programme.
