Frustration over Lincoln's painfully slow broadband
Businesses and residents alike are becoming frustrated by slow broadband in Lincoln.
Lincoln has only the 42nd best broadband speed out of Britain's 60 biggest cities, according to a new survey.
Web surfers in Lincoln can only hope for an average download speed of 5.0MB per second and some areas of the city struggle with far slower connections.
Regional organiser for the Federation of Small Businesses Michael Self said this could have a knock on effect for companies in the city.

"It is a real issue because more and more things require a decent Internet connection for fast uploading an downloading.
"It is difficult for small businesses rather than the larger ones as they do not have access to IT departments or computer expertise.
"If the problem isn't addressed, small businesses are going to find it extremely difficult to trade.
"We need fast broadband speeds."
The Lincoln area also came last in the East Midlands, coming out way behind Nottingham and Derby.
Bracebridge Heath is particularly hard hit by the problems.
Barry Wood, 32, a human resources worker for the NHS who lives in the village said: "We moved to the other side of the village recently and it is not as bad as it was, it is not particularly fast but it is not really slow either.
"When we were in the old house we just didn't use the Internet at all, I am not surprised the city comes out badly."
