The title was only confirmed when news of two goals from Josh Schofield and one from Danny Brookes had condemned Welton S&SC, Rustons only challengers for honours, to a 3-1 defeat against FVA Jerusalem.
This gave a fourth consecutive title to Jim Graham's side.
The Division Two title has gone to Horncastle Town by virtue of St Giles pulling off a great 3-2 victory over Royal Oak Washingborough.
This defeat has meant Washy can now only finish third, despite challenging for honours since Christmas.
Goals from Chris Miller, two from Jamie Walker and an own goal earned AFC Cross a 4-1 win over Black Swan Coningsby and also the Division Six title in a division where the lead has swapped almost weekly.
Elsewhere in the Premier Division, Steve Carter's goal gave FSC Victory a slim 1-0 success against a much improved Scothern side to keep their hopes of coming runners-up alive.
Scott Robinson, John Barrett and Rob Kinsella earned Swan a 3-2 win at FCW Burtons which should see Swan finish in the top half of the division while Kallum Smith bagged two in Ruston Sports' 5-2 victory at Gatehouse.
Waggon and Horses finished their season on a low as two goals from Danny Hicks helped AFC Hykeham win 5-0 to leave Waggon rooted to the foot of the table.
St Helens and Wragby played out a 3-3 draw.
Branston finished their disappointing season in Division Two by beating Hykeham Plough 4-3 with Malcolm Redford (2), Lewis Edwards and Mark Hodges on target.
Division Three contenders Dynamo Varsity came from 2-1 down to defeat North Scarle 4-2, with Jamie Earls scoring twice, while Jake Thorpe also scored two in Metheringham 2nd's 3-0 win over Branston Wagon.
Sam Gordon, Stu Sawyer and Jody Mottram put Welton S&SC in pole position to win the Division Four title as they defeated Heighington 3-0, but they will be pushed all the way by GE Rustons Reserves, with goal difference likely to be a telling factor.
Danny Kent was on form with five goals as Victory Athletic scored 10 in the second half in their 12-1 thumping of AFC Tennyson.
Adam Baxter's second goal of the game in the last minute gave Market Rasen a 3-2 victory over Trent Valley, while Red Lion Dunston and Plough Sturton was a goal-less.
The Division Five title is likely to be resolved tomorrow evening as the two contenders go head to head.
North Lindum Hawks have a two-point advantage after they edged out Evolution 5-4, while, despite scoring 101 goals in the league this season, Railway Inn Thorpe could not break down a stubborn Witch and Wardrobe defence to draw 0-0.
A Cade Darwin screamer from 30 yards was the pick of the goals in Joiners Arms' 4-1 defeat of Waddington United.
Score of the day saw four players score hat-tricks for Dunholme (Lord Nelson) in the 14-0 rout of Metalhead Town.
James Holland, Craig Percival and Matt Starbuck grabbed three each, while Stu Davies went one better with four. For the record, Phil Skayman got the other.
